West Ham plot Newcastle United raid in off-pitch shake-up

The Story So Far

West Ham United are reportedly looking to strengthen their internal infrastructure by targeting staff from Newcastle United. The club appears to be considering adjustments to its non-playing operations as part of a broader administrative reorganization. This strategic move involves identifying potential candidates currently employed within the Tyneside club’s backroom setup to fill key roles in East London. Such a pursuit indicates a focused effort to enhance the club's behind-the-scenes efficiency and recruitment capabilities. By looking toward a Premier League rival for established professionals, the organization aims to refine its hierarchy and support systems during this period of transition in its corporate and sporting departments.
