'Doing everything' - Eckert refuses to rule two injured stars out of West Ham trip

The Story So Far

West Ham United are preparing for an upcoming fixture against an opponent currently managing fitness concerns within their first-team squad. The visiting manager, Eckert, recently addressed the status of two sidelined players, stating that the club is making every effort to ensure they are available for the trip. While their participation remains unconfirmed, the coaching staff has notably declined to exclude them from the selection process at this stage. This development indicates that the opposition may yet field a more experienced side should the pair pass late fitness tests. Consequently, the Hammers must prepare for a potentially bolstered visiting team as the scheduled matchday draws near.
