West Ham eyeing €11.7m Leeds United man - they'll only sanction deal on one condition

The Story So Far

West Ham United are reportedly considering a move for a Leeds United player as they look to strengthen their squad during the transfer window. The East London club has identified a target valued at approximately €11.7 million, signaling their intent to potentially recruit from the club. However, any potential agreement remains contingent on one specific requirement being satisfied before a deal is officially sanctioned. While the Hammers are interested in securing the individual's services, the club’s hierarchy will only authorize the financial commitment if this one primary condition is met. This approach highlights the club's current recruitment strategy and their careful management of prospective incoming transfers.
