West Ham 2 – 3 Fulham | Final whistle, first impressions as Hammers go down fighting

The Story So Far

West Ham United suffered a narrow defeat at the hands of Fulham in a high-scoring encounter. The Hammers were unable to secure any points as the visitors edged the contest with a three-goal performance. Despite finding the net twice during the match, the home side could not find a decisive equaliser before time expired. The result reflects a determined effort from the London club, though they ultimately fell short in a five-goal thriller. This outcome leaves West Ham looking to address defensive lapses while taking some positives from their offensive output in what was a particularly closely contested league fixture.
