Survival or FA Cup glory - which would you choose?

The Story So Far

West Ham United prepare to host Leeds United this Sunday in a high-stakes FA Cup quarter-final encounter. While the prospect of reaching the final four offers a chance at silverware, both teams are simultaneously navigating a challenging period in their domestic league campaign. Currently positioned in the lower reaches of the table, the two clubs are fighting to avoid relegation. This dual commitment creates a strategic challenge for the managers as they weigh the prestige of a deep cup run against the necessity of securing their top-flight status. The upcoming fixture underscores the difficult balance required when navigating both knockout competition and a battle for survival.
