Steve Nickson now being targeted by West Ham - Big worry for Newcastle

The Story So Far

West Ham United have expressed interest in Steve Nickson as they look to enhance their behind-the-scenes operations. Currently employed by Newcastle United, Nickson has become a primary target for the London club’s hierarchy. His potential move south is reportedly causing unease within the North East side's organization, given his significant involvement in their administrative and recruitment setups. The Hammers are seeking to integrate experienced personnel into their scouting framework to bolster future decision-making. This move represents a strategic effort to attract high-level talent from rival Premier League teams to assist with the club’s evolving sporting project and long-term recruitment goals.
