Silva joins Hammers coaching staff
The Story So Far
West Ham United have appointed Rui Pedro Silva to the first-team coaching staff, where he takes on an assistant coaching role. This appointment facilitates a professional reunion between Silva and Nuno Espirito Santo, as the pair have maintained a long-term working relationship across several previous clubs. Silva joins the backroom team at the club to provide technical support and tactical assistance within the current management structure. The move is designed to strengthen the coaching department and provide continuity. His arrival marks a new addition to the support staff as the Hammers continue their competitive league campaign during this calendar year.
