Michail Antonio is exploring a potential return to professional football in England through discussions with Charlton Athletic. The former West Ham United forward, who spent a decade with the club, is currently a free agent after his tenure concluded before the current campaign. During his ten-year stay, the versatile attacker established himself as a significant figure for the Hammers, recording over 300 appearances and more than 80 goals. Following a serious vehicle accident in late 2024, the 35-year-old successfully returned to international competition with Jamaica last summer. Recent reports link him to the Championship side after previous negotiations with several other domestic teams.
