Defender crunch as Disasi replacement has price that’s too hot for West Ham

The Story So Far

West Ham United face a challenging situation in their pursuit of defensive reinforcements as they look to address a shortage in the backline. The club’s recruitment efforts have hit a roadblock regarding a high-priority target identified as a potential replacement for Disasi. Current reports suggest that the financial requirements to secure the defender’s signature exceed the budget currently allocated by the Hammers. This valuation gap has forced the club to reconsider their approach, as the total cost involved is deemed prohibitive. Consequently, the search for more affordable options continues while the squad manages its current defensive depth issues.
