West Ham now pull of deal to sign 'special' Arsenal ace over fitness concerns

The Story So Far

West Ham United have reportedly halted a potential move for an Arsenal player following issues identified during the transfer process. Although the club had expressed interest in the highly regarded talent, the deal has not proceeded due to significant concerns regarding the individual's physical readiness and fitness levels. This development indicates a shift in recruitment focus for the Hammers, who are now expected to pursue alternative targets to strengthen their squad. By prioritizing durability and immediate availability, the club aims to ensure all new additions can contribute effectively to the team’s upcoming campaign without the risk of recurring injury problems.
