West Ham “need to be much better” on the ball, says head coach Rita Guarino.

The Story So Far

West Ham United head coach Rita Guarino has called for her squad to show greater composure and quality in possession following recent performances. The manager emphasized that the team must refine their technical execution and ball retention to compete more effectively. Guarino's assessment highlights a specific tactical area for development as the Hammers look to find more consistency in their play. By demanding higher standards in how they handle the ball, the coaching staff aims to improve the side's overall control and attacking play during matches. This focus on technical proficiency remains a key priority for the club's ongoing progress.
