The Story So Far

West Ham United face significant selection concerns ahead of their upcoming fixture against Blackburn Rovers. Recent updates suggest that as many as six first-team players could be absent from the matchday squad due to injury issues. Among those facing a potential spell on the sidelines is a highly-rated individual considered a vital asset to the starting lineup. The club's medical department is currently evaluating the fitness of the affected players as the team completes its final preparations. These availability doubts provide a tactical hurdle for the coaching staff, who must now consider alternative options. Official confirmation regarding the final squad composition will likely be determined following late fitness tests.
