View: Why West Ham can sign Premier League full-back for cheaper in January

The Story So Far

West Ham United are reportedly exploring options to strengthen their defensive line by targeting a full-back currently playing in the Premier League. The club could potentially secure a signing at a more affordable price during the January transfer window due to specific market factors. Although no individual player has been named, the possibility of a discounted mid-season move is being considered as the Hammers look to improve their squad depth. This approach suggests the club is monitoring talent whose current circumstances at their respective teams might allow for a more cost-effective transfer than is typically expected when negotiating with top-flight opponents.
