Verdict: Why West Ham loanee became a 'ghost' as drastic plan clearly isn't working

The Story So Far

West Ham United are tracking the progress of a senior player currently stationed away from the club on a temporary basis. Recent evaluations of the loanee’s performance indicate a period of significant struggle, as the individual has failed to exert a meaningful influence on matches. Observations regarding the player's lack of involvement suggest they have become an isolated figure within their current team's setup. This decline in impact is being attributed to a specific tactical experiment implemented by the coaching staff which has, thus far, proved unsuccessful. As the player remains ineffective under the current system, the effectiveness of the arrangement is being scrutinized while the Hammers consider the long-term implications for their asset.
