Stevenage Host West Ham United in Pre-Season Friendly

The Story So Far

West Ham United are scheduled to visit Stevenage for a pre-season exhibition match as both clubs intensify their preparations for the new football season. This fixture serves as a key component of the Hammers' summer itinerary, providing the coaching staff with a chance to assess the squad’s physical condition and tactical cohesion against external opposition. Away from competitive pressure, these friendly encounters allow for rotational changes and the introduction of academy talent into the senior setup. The trip to Stevenage forms part of a broader series of warm-up games designed to ensure the players reach peak sharpness before league competition commences.
