“Not talk about it with him” – Player questions West Ham manager decision

The Story So Far

A member of the West Ham United first-team squad has publicly expressed a desire for more direct communication regarding recent managerial choices. The player indicated that the logic behind specific tactical or selection decisions was not conveyed to them personally, leaving them to wonder about the rationale behind the manager's actions. This transparency issue suggests a potential disconnect in the relationship between the coaching staff and the playing personnel. While the details of the specific grievance remain internal, the public nature of the comments reflects a level of confusion over their current role. Such developments highlight the importance of clear dialogue within the club’s training environment.
