Hits and misses: Chelsea not ready to challenge as Milner makes PL history

The Story So Far

West Ham United's London rivals Chelsea continue to experience inconsistent form following a home draw against Burnley. Despite holding a lead during the Saturday fixture, the West London side failed to secure all three points against their visiting opponents. This result highlights a recurring struggle for Chelsea at Stamford Bridge this season, as they have now dropped points against every newly promoted club on their own turf. While veteran player James Milner achieved a new historical milestone elsewhere in the league, Chelsea’s inability to maintain advantages suggests they remain some distance from competing for the top honors in the current Premier League campaign.
