Gossip: West Ham pivot from Parrott to Piroe
The Story So Far
West Ham United have reportedly adjusted their recruitment strategy after negotiations for AZ Alkmaar forward Troy Parrott encountered significant hurdles. With discussions for the player stalling, the club has shifted its focus toward Leeds United’s Joel Piroe. The Hammers are actively seeking to strengthen their offensive lineup and view the Leeds striker as a viable alternative to bolster current options. This pivot suggests a strategic change to ensure attacking reinforcements are secured as the club evaluates different targets. This development highlights a determination to finalize a deal for a new forward to provide additional depth and competition within the squad.
