Duo escape criticism after West Ham slow start shocker against Baggies | West Ham News

The Story So Far

West Ham United's recent performance against West Bromwich Albion featured a difficult opening period that has drawn significant attention. Despite a disappointing start to the fixture, two specific figures within the club have reportedly avoided the brunt of the subsequent criticism. The Hammers struggled to find their rhythm early in the match, leading to an underwhelming overall display against their opponents. While the collective team performance was viewed as subpar, observers have noted that certain individuals were not held responsible for the initial failings. This assessment suggests that the blame for the slow start was directed elsewhere within the squad.
