Cut to sports events at London stadium but with “no impact” on West Ham matches

The Story So Far

West Ham United's home fixture schedule will remain unaffected by a recent decision to reduce the number of athletic competitions hosted at the London Stadium. While the venue is set to facilitate fewer alternative sports programs in the future, management has confirmed that these alterations will have no bearing on the club’s domestic or cup matchdays. This strategic adjustment aims to streamline the facility's operations without disrupting the primary tenant's access or the fan experience during the football season. Consequently, the Hammers will continue to utilize the stadium as planned, as the reductions are strictly limited to non-footballing activities previously staged at the site.
