Celtic Transfer Could Unlock West Ham’s No.1 Midfield Target

The Story So Far

West Ham United's pursuit of their primary midfield objective may hinge on transfer activity involving Celtic. Recent reports suggest that a potential deal involving the Scottish champions could facilitate the Hammers' efforts to secure their leading candidate for the central position. This development indicates a possible domino effect in the transfer market, where a move involving the Glasgow-based club creates the necessary conditions for West Ham to finalize their own recruitment plans. While specific names remain undisclosed in the initial reports, the link between the two clubs suggests that the London side's recruitment strategy is currently tied to movements elsewhere in the British football landscape.
